This is our first 'guide to getting pregnant' book that we have read and it was the perfect starting point. It is straight to the point and is an easy to understand guide to help you gain a better chance of getting pregnant. Furthermore, the book has many links to scientific and peer reviewed literature giving credence to the information given within it.

As a couple, we were particularly keen on the comprehensive information on the diets and supplements section. After reading we had a detailed list of what we needed to eat/take, along with the information to support how it could improve our chances. This gave us a great basis from which to work from.

Another section that is a particular focus for us was the chapter dedicated to conceiving for the over 35's. Gray's delicate, yet succinct writing left us feeling positive, reassured and more focused.

If you are wanting a book that is informative, with evidence to support and will help clear a path in the thick, bushy fertility jungle... then this book is for you.

We intend to refer back to the book often, especially when it comes to our diets and buying 'fertility' vitamins and products.
